I make similar cookies and they are the BEST...and very unhealthy! I can only make them about once a year for fear that I'll overdo it (which I always do anyway!!).

I have gone to coconut cookie heaven...this is the 3rd recipe I've seen today. And when we're talking cookies, health is always secondary. They look incredible :)
